New generation

Jens-Albert Schenk is Managing Partner at OSMA-Aufzüge Albert Schenk GmbH & Co KG in Osnabrück. In 2009, the studied economist joined his father in the management of the family business in the fourth generation. Today, he successfully leads almost 700 employees. In his view, the greatest challenge of a generational transition: combining and balancing the interests of the previous generation with his own new impulses.
