Thorsten completed a vocational degree in business before studying Law. Later in his career he earned a further degree from the London Business School. He was able to build a strong international management profile through his assignments in France, Switzerland and England.

Dr. Weber has successfully worked internationally for various insurance companies in different management and leadership positions. Most recently, he managed an insurance broker with branches in over 30 countries, as an independent business unit of a leading global logistics group.

Today, Dr. Thorsten Weber works as a Senior Advisor for Rochus Mummert Digital GmbH and, with the help of his team, focuses on selected consulting projects in the areas of financial services, logistics and legal advice. His support at Rochus Mummert Digital GmbH follows his many years as a consultant at Rochus Mummert Executive Consultants GmbH.
