As co-founder of the Healthcare division at Rochus Mummert, Annekathrin Walter demonstrates the courage to shape, personal integrity, and distinctive expertise in a sensitive and demanding market environment. Her long-standing, trust-based relationships with clients enable her to develop a deep understanding of informal dynamics, decision-making processes, and cultural characteristics – the foundation for developing effective leadership structures.

Annekathrin Walter studied Economics with a focus on Human Resource Management, Organisational Development, and Psychology at Leibniz University Hannover. Since 2007, she has been instrumental in building the Healthcare consulting division. Her driving force: not only to shape careers with every assignment, but to sustainably strengthen organisations.
