Before entering executive search, Björn Lindemann led business units both domestically and internationally at blue-chip multinational corporations and held European leadership functions. His focus was on strategy development, business development, process optimisation, and turnaround management. Over 19 years, he gained first-hand knowledge of a wide range of business models in manufacturing and processing industries, retail, services, and digital sectors. His several years of work in corporate M&A sharpened his understanding of the critical success factors and unique selling propositions of companies.
Björn Lindemann studied Business Administration and Psychology at Kiel University (Christian-Albrechts-Universität zu Kiel).
