Her professional career began as a registered nurse in the intensive care unit of a tertiary care hospital, before transitioning into personnel consulting and specialising in surgery, anesthesia & intensive care medicine, and psychiatry. Her consulting approach is characterised by transparency, integrity, communication, and reliability. With her unique combination of medical and nursing expertise alongside pronounced empathy, she is able to look beyond the visible and understand precisely which knowledge and skills candidates need for the respective positions.
