Dr. Esther Wilk

Dr. Wilk is an expert in hospitals, academia, and biotechnology. Through her many years of experience in university hospitals and federal research institutions, she brings a profound understanding of the challenges and distinctive features of these sectors. Building on 18 years of experience in academic institutions, Esther Wilk has since 2016 at Rochus Mummert further developed a keen sense for which leadership personalities make the difference. Her consulting approach is based on intensive analysis of the initial situation and critical reflection on her clients' objectives. Esther Wilk studied Veterinary Medicine at Tierärztliche Hochschule Hannover and earned her doctorate through a Ph.D. programme with a thesis in Clinical Immunology at Medical Hochschule Hannover. She is a certified project manager and has completed numerous management courses that underpin her leadership and consulting competencies. Her academic career led her to renowned institutions, where she managed international projects, successfully led teams, and engaged in professional policy work.
