As Managing Partner, Henrik Räwer, together with Annekathrin Walter and Hardy Scherer, drives the strategic advancement of Rochus Mummert. As a physician and experienced manager, he understands the challenges that leaders face in the rapidly evolving healthcare industry. On this foundation, he advises not only top executives in the sector but also supervisory bodies on the structural design and strategic direction of corporate leadership, developing tailored models with them for sustainable and future-ready leadership culture.

Henrik Räwer values diligence, integrity, and deep personal commitment – not only in his private life. Dr. Räwer completed an agricultural apprenticeship before studying human medicine at LMU Munich and earning his doctorate at TU Munich. Following his internal medicine specialist training, he held senior management positions at public and private hospital organisations for many years – in both medical direction and commercial leadership.

He has been part of Rochus Mummert since 2012 and is today one of the three leading partners who jointly shape the future of the corporate group with responsibility, forward-thinking vision, and strategic foresight.
