Dr. Peter Windeck is Senior Advisor at Rochus Mummert, has many years of experience in executive consulting, and established the healthcare practice at Rochus Mummert. His core expertise lies in the healthcare sector, particularly in pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, MedTech providers, and organisations providing care for the elderly and people with disabilities. Today, he still guides selected mandates in designing their organisational structures and supports Rochus Mummert in onboarding and selecting new consulting personalities.

After completing a commercial apprenticeship and studying Human Medicine, followed by his doctorate, Dr. Windeck held senior positions before moving into executive search.
