Dr. Peter Windeck is Senior Advisor at Rochus Mummert and brings many years of experience in executive consulting; he also established the firm’s healthcare practice. His core expertise lies in the healthcare sector, particularly in pharmaceutical companies, hospitals, MedTech providers, and organisations providing care for the elderly and people with disabilities. Today, he continues to advise on selected mandates in designing organisational structures and supports Rochus Mummert in onboarding and selecting new consultants.

His perspective is shaped by interdisciplinary experience: as a licensed physician with over 13 years of industry experience, Dr. Windeck brings management competence from the fields of R&D, corporate development, marketing, and medicine to his consulting. He advises with analytical clarity, entrepreneurial foresight, and a firm belief in the human factor.
After completing a commercial apprenticeship and studying Medicine, followed by his doctorate, Dr. Windeck held senior positions before moving into executive search.
