Dr. phil. Hans-Joachim Eberhard

His consulting focus areas lie in management potential analysis, particularly in healthcare, welfare organisations, the public sector, as well as security-related and infrastructural areas such as the construction industry and organisations facing exceptional leadership pressure.

Whether conflict resolution or goal setting: Dr. Eberhard supports his clients with clarity, respect, and analytical depth. He develops individual courses of action – with the goal of promoting resilience and expanding decision-making scope.

Dr. Eberhard holds a diploma in Psychology and is a licensed psychotherapist with his own practice. He studied at Freie Universität Berlin and serves as a lecturer at the Catholic University of Applied Sciences Münster. Dr. Eberhard has broad experience in executive coaching, resilience training, and promoting personal development in complex professional environments.
