Frank Staffler brings many years of leadership and management experience from HR work in international corporate structures within the IT sector. At the same time, he grew up in a family-run mid-sized business – a combination that enables him to understand the perspectives of both worlds and effectively connect them. This experience shapes his work as a consultant at Rochus Mummert.

Frank Staffler studied Economics at the University of Hohenheim in Stuttgart and graduated with a diploma in Economics. During his professional career, he has successfully developed international recruitment strategies and implemented innovative approaches in aptitude diagnostics and social media recruiting. He has been awarded the HR Excellence Award multiple times for his achievements.
