As an internationally experienced top manager, Henrik Ewers knows corporate leadership first-hand – with assignments in Europe, North and South America, as well as Asia. His career path – from product management to managing director, from high-growth mid-sized companies to internationally operating corporate groups – shapes his consulting approach: client-focused, close to mid-market realities, and values-based. He is convinced that good consulting emerges where people and their contexts are understood, and change is shaped with respect for what has been built.

Henrik Ewers completed an apprenticeship as a banking professional, holds a Master of Science in IT Management, and a certificate from Harvard Business School in Business Analytics, Economics, and Financial Accounting. His career led him over two decades into senior positions at international industrial and service companies. Most recently, he was responsible as Managing Director for the Product & Technology division of a technology-driven company with over 130 employees.
