Before joining Rochus Mummert, Oliver Heitz gained 15 years of experience in various leadership positions at renowned hospital organisations, particularly in human resources management and hospital finance. These experiences continue to shape his approach as a consultant for demanding search assignments to this day.

After completing his apprenticeship as an industrial business manager, he went on to study Business Administration for Healthcare Institutions with a focus on Hospital Management in Osnabrück. With his comprehensive expertise from operational hospital management and many years of experience in executive search, Oliver Heitz creates sustainable value for his clients.
