Peter Trück brings many years of leadership experience in marketing and sales as well as sound consulting expertise in executive search. He guides his clients in filling key positions – with particular focus on the chemicals and pharmaceuticals sector, the paper and textile industry, the automotive and supplier industry, and the public sector.

As a Diplom-Kaufmann with operational leadership experience in international industrial companies, Peter Trück advises with foresight, practical relevance, and intercultural sensitivity. His career has taken him to the USA, Spain, and Turkey, among other places – experiences that shape his understanding of complex structures and international markets.
These perspectives flow directly into his consulting approach, which is characterised by openness, decisiveness, and the confidence that potential often unfolds when one is ready to take the first step.
Peter Trück studied Business Administration in Mannheim and began his professional career in management consulting. He then assumed leadership roles in manufacturing – including as managing director of an international joint venture and as director of marketing and sales in a mid-sized industrial company.
