Before entering consulting, Silke Fußbahn gained 20 years of her own top executive and leadership experience in board-level functions, both in corporations and in owner-managed mid-sized businesses. She assumed international country-wide responsibility and accompanied change, transformation, and post-merger integration projects in the course of reorganisation processes towards matrix structures as well as the consolidation of subsidiaries.

Her holistic consulting approach is based on a deep understanding of her clients' organisational structures and strategic partnership on equal footing. Silke Fußbahn graduated with a Diplom-Kauffrau degree (equivalent to a Master's) from a dual programme in Business Administration and Law.
