With experience, empathy, and passion, Stephan Witte supports owners, family offices, supervisory bodies, and management teams in selecting leadership personalities for key positions. He understands the challenges that come with pivotal personnel decisions – whether in the context of succession planning in family businesses or when dealing with differing interests within shareholder groups.

A further focus of his work lies in advising private equity firms. Stephan Witte identifies and attracts leaders who, alongside solid experience in the private equity environment, also bring the necessary sensitivity for the existing corporate culture of mid-sized companies, combined with a clear EBITDA focus.

Stephan Witte combines technical and business management expertise with many years of management and consulting experience in international and mid-sized companies contexts. After studying Electrical Engineering and Business Administration, he gained extensive leadership experience in the market research division of an international FMCG corporation before moving into executive search.

At von Rundstedt & Partner, Stephan Witte advised executives and companies in separation situations, career planning, and executive search. He subsequently assumed responsibility as Director of Sales & Marketing in the executive management of the internationally active talent management consultancy Lee Hecht Harrison. He then established the Düsseldorf office of an executive search consultancy as Managing Partner before joining Rochus Mummert, where he brings his comprehensive expertise to advising on complex appointment processes for corporations and the upper mid-market.
