Susanne Elze

With extensive experience in national and international healthcare, both as a Project Manager, Consultant, and In-house consultant, Susanne Elze has been responsible for complex medical and nursing strategic developments and organisational projects. This expertise enables her to analyse framework conditions for her clients in a differentiated manner and translate them into sustainable placement strategies. She understands the challenges of service providers and guides them with open, honest communication on equal terms.

Her interdisciplinary career has reinforced her conviction that both individuals and organisations carry the necessary solutions and resources within themselves. Since 2025, she has been supporting Rochus Mummert with demanding placement mandates to activate potential and promote sustainable, goal-oriented change.

After studying in Bamberg and Halle (Saale), Susanne Elze earned a Bachelor's degree in Education and a Master's degree in Medical Ethics and Law. She is a certified systemic Organisational Consultant, Project Manager, and Metaplan Facilitator. Her professional career has led her into academic research and teaching, international health projects, and the leadership of complex change initiatives in the hospital sector.
