Ulrich Leckner-Grevel began his career in executive search, advising companies in the financial services, construction, and industrial sectors, before assuming overall responsibility for human resources across various industries. He therefore possesses more than 20 years of management experience in national and international companies and has been successfully active in executive search for over 10 years in total.

Ulrich Leckner-Grevel studied Economics and Social Sciences at Heinrich Heine University in Düsseldorf and at the University of California in the USA. In addition, he completed training as a systemic consultant at the University of Witten-Herdecke and in Design Thinking methodology at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam and Stanford (USA).
