Ulrich started his career in an Executive Search company with a strong emphasis on the finance industry, construction sector and automotive. Subsequently he held various HR leadership roles in the financial sector. Ulrich gained 18 years of experience in management roles within the insurance and banking sector, most recently as a Head of HR at HypoVereinsbank / UniCredit.
On the basis of his practical experiences in leadership recruitment Ulrich offers a deep understanding of his client’s needs and is capable to provide a holistic consultancy approach. He managed numerous national and international restructuring, change management and digitalization projects and developed HR solutions for new business models. Ulrich strongly believes that personality of top executives has a huge organizational impact and is key for the development of sustainable competitive advantages.

Ulrich Leckner-Grevel studied social science in Düsseldorf and the United States. He is a systemic coach (University of Witten-Herdecke) and completed the executive education in “Design Thinking” at Hasso-Plattner-Institute in Potsdam and Stanford.
