The objective of the position is to redirect the HR-Operations and all interacting processes within HR but also to move the functions and businesses into the next quantum leap performance level. HR-Operations is in charge of recruitment, contracts, on-boarding, termination, foreign assignments (double taxation/ social security agreement), compliance, time control, compensation & benefit and travel expenses management for the German and Austrian staff. His/her team also supports employees and executives in management by objectives, development rounds, appraisal interviews etc.
Furthermore, HR-Operations is responsible to define, align and help improving worldwide standard HR procedures executed in about 30 subsidiaries. The team is based in Germany and Austria, consists of about 20 people and reports directly to the EVP HR-Operations. The local HR-function in RoW is constantly growing and reports on the dotted line to the incumbent. The EVP HR-Operations works closely with the EVP HR- & Organizational-Development.
