    For this position, we believe in a dedicated, entrepreneurial, sales-oriented leadership personality, who has already been successful in a comparable position and responsibility. You hold a degree in Business, Marketing or Engineering and have already gained at least 5 years of proven sales experience as a Global Key Account Manager with a market leader in the automotive sector. The knowledge and application of modern and solution-oriented sales methods at Global Key Accounts is assumed. We are looking for a candidate, who will be acting from headquarters located in an attractive region in central Germany. Your primary responsibility is to represent our client towards one of their largest accounts. You define an account strategy that drives significant profitable growth opportunities paired with high operational execution skills. In your position, you are accountable for achieving budgeted sales volumes and agreed upon prices at the Key Account. Moreover, you are responsible for the sales forecast, develop and implement the strategic account plan (opportunity funnel) and to identify new projects together with external and internal stakeholders such Technical Sales Managers. Furthermore, you demonstrate strong selling abilities and have basic knowledge of manufacturing methods as well as a proficient understanding of the electronic market and their respective segments.

    Erfahrung und Kompetenzen

    You have strong interpersonal and written communication skills, in both German and English. Moreover, you are willing to take full ownership, have a pro-active, team-oriented attitude with high networking skills. If you are able to work in a fast paced team environment with revenue deadlines and are willing to travel to global sites on a regular basis (>40 % of the time), we look forward to receiving your application.
