    Our client is a member of a leading global automotive supplier with headquarters in Germany and various manufacturing sites worldwide. With successful synergy, the corporate group has further optimized configuration of global resources, effectively promoting globalization in the automotive industry. In the course of further growth and expansion of business, the vacancy of Managing Director (CFO) is to be filled.


    The position holder will have commercial responsibilities and will closely cooperate with the CEO. He/she will also be responsible for the overall control of the areas Finance (Accounting/Controlling, Treasury/Legal & Tax, Costing), Supply Chain Management (Purchasing, Logistics, Planning), HR and IT. He/she will actively participate in business development on the basis of professional analysis and assessment of economic and strategic links between business and market conditions. Also among the main responsibilities are the expansion, further development and processes optimization, especially in terms of planning and controlling in cooperation with several department heads as well as the supervision of the risks and opportunities of the financial and economic development of the company along with counter-planning measures, if necessary, to fulfill the set targets.

    Erfahrung und Kompetenzen

    Qualified with a university degree, preferably in Business Administration, you should provide several years of experience as Managing Director Finance of a manufacturing company with a company of similar size operating in automotive industry. You should also have experience in the controlling of industrial companies with facilities abroad, including monthly, quarterly and year end reports and post-merger integration. Very good knowledge in controlling, accounting and legal matters and in HGB account rules are desirable, as well as deep knowledge of organizations belonging to the manufacturing industry with a direct connection to production facilities. Additionally, experience in SAP implementation will be advantageous.
