Regional Head of Sales Europe (f/m)
The Regional Head of Sales Europe will report directly to the Global Head of Sales of the Business Unit. Based in DACH he/she will be responsible for leading the European sales teams. The Regional Head of Sales Europe has to introduce a customer centric approach in his/her region, improving topline and gross margin. He/she will pull R&D and the applications group into the sales process when beneficial to identify for the clients the best value proposition. As a regional sales leader, he/she has to transform the various countries within his portfolio into an agile sales force. He/she must take a significant role in the development and implementation of the 5 Year Business Plan and define the go to market approaches based on the sales strategy. The Regional Head of Sales Europe should have significant exposure to the Aviation/Power, O&G and Specialities (e.g. General Industries) market. He/She will provide a frequent forecasting for all business development activities across all Industry segments. The Regional Head of Sales Europe must be able to develop and promote key sales talent regionally which mirrors the core values of the company. He/She must champion (and lead by example) regular sales planning/ forecasting, CRM management, and KPI management within the sales organization and will coordinate sales training initiatives for all territory, and technical sales specialists in the Region as needed. He/She has to align the various internal stakeholder to ensure customer proximity and a technology pull approach from the client. He/she has to be financially savvy.
