Our client is a successful and fast-growing industrial company headquartered in Nuremberg, Germany. To further strengthen the sales team in Spain, we are looking for a Sales Director (m/f/d) to join as soon as possible.

Ihre Aufgabe
  • As a Sales Director (w/m/d) you develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive revenue growth.
  • Moreover, you represent the Spanish entity as Managing Director and are responsible for its strategic development as well as financial and personnel planning.
  • You analyze market and competitor data to identify new business opportunities.
  • You build, maintain, and manage strong relationships with key customers and negotiate contracts or framework agreements.
  • Moreover, you plan the budget in line with business targets, and take direct responsibility for a key customer portfolio and a dedicated sales region.
  • Additionally, you take charge of the Spanish sales team, drive the department’s development, and introduce new sales strategies.
Ihr Profil
  • You have successfully completed studies in Business Administration, Engineering, or a comparable qualification.
  • You bring at least 5-10 years of sales experience in a globally operating manufacturing company, including solid experience in a leadership role.
  • A strong technical background is essential; experience in the Testing & Measurement technology market is a plus.
  • You are a goal-oriented, resilient, and assertive individual with proven leadership and excellent communication skills.
  • Fluency in Spanish and English at C1 level is required.
