After completing an apprenticeship as an assistant tax accountant, Ms. Kreutzfeldt earned a bachelor's degree in educational studies with focus on the area of human resources and organizational development.

Since then, Ms. Kreutzfeldt has worked in human resource development and recruiting, most recently in tech recruiting for a renowned recruiting company.
