After graduating with a degree in Humanities, Sigrid Kremling's passion for developing people and organizations led her to HR consulting more than 10 years ago. Later, she graduated in business economics to broaden her technological know-how.

Before joining Rochus Mummert, Sigrid Kremling worked as a Managing Consultant for renowned personnel consultancies and supported the development of new business areas.

Throughout her career, she has consistently built stable and trusting relationships and successfully implemented national and international projects.
