Silke Fußbahn has 20 years of management and leadership experience in board functions, both in corporations and owner-managed medium-sized businesses.
At Johnson & Johnson, ADO AG and the Shiseido Group, she managed operative business units in Germany and abroad. Ms. Fußbahn has in-depth knowledge of strategy development and implementation, business development, process optimization, change management, post-merger integration and general management of independent units.
Her practical experience with a focus on sales, marketing, innovation and business realignment enables Ms. Fußbahn to advise her clients in the overall entrepreneurial context.
