Frank gained his foundational management experience in the functional areas of research & development, production, and technical marketing, later stepping into the role of Managing Director with international responsibility at Buderus AG and Baxi Group, UK. He also completed extended assignments in the USA, Italy, France, China and Turkey.
Early on he assumed responsibility in his family’s engineering enterprise and went on to study Engineering with focus on automotive and aircraft engines, as well as power plant technology. He received his doctor’s degree in the field of Measurement & Simulation Methods. To deepen his knowledge of strategic marketing and international management, he earned his Executive MBA from the Kellogg Business School (Evanston, USA) and WHU (Koblenz, Germany).
