Marc-Stefan Brodbeck began his career in the automotive and IT industry. At Daimler Benz in the Research & Technology division and later at debis Systemhaus he held various management positions.

After moving to Deutsche Telekom AG, he was responsible for major projects on HR restructuring and organizational development.

He implemented and managed several HR Competence and Shared Service Centers. The profit center for talent acquisition that he set up received numerous awards and subsequently became a blueprint for modern recruiting departments in several German corporations.

Marc-Stefan Brodbeck has a broad HR know-how. Business transformation processes and digitalization are his main areas of consulting.

In digitalization, use of social media and active sourcing in recruiting processes, Mr. Brodbeck was one of the pioneers in Germany. For more than ten years, he was a member of the board and spokesman of the German Association for Employer Branding, Personnel Marketing and Recruiting (Bundesverband für Employer Branding, Personalmarketing und Recruiting e.V.) as well as a member of the DIN Committee for Personnel Management.

After successfully building up his own consulting company, Marc-Stefan Brodbeck decided to move to Rochus Mummert in 2019, where he is responsible for the Rochus Mummert digital business unit.

Rochus Mummert digital specializes in the national and international search and recruitment of experts and managers for IT and digitalization functions. The projects come from a wide range of clients: DAX corporations, large medium-sized businesses to hidden champions.
