Ulrich started his career in an Executive Search company with a strong emphasis on the finance industry, construction sector and automotive. Subsequently he held various HR leadership roles in the financial sector.

Ulrich gained more than 20 years of experience in management roles within the insurance and banking sector, most recently as a Head of HR at HypoVereinsbank / UniCredit.

His practical knowledge in filling executive positions enables him to advise his clients holistically and from the perspective of the decision-maker. Ulrich Leckner-Grevel has many years of expertise in filling executive positions in the manufacturing industry, the energy and chemical industry, financial services and the service sector. He is convinced that the personality of executives, in addition to their professional suitability, makes a decisive and lasting contribution to the corporate success of his clients.

Ulrich Leckner-Grevel studied economics and social sciences in Düsseldorf and the USA and completed training as a systemic consultant at the University of Witten-Herdecke and in the “Design Thinking” method at the Hasso Plattner Institute in Potsdam and Stanford (USA).
